Your quote spells out the exact design, format and included changes. Physical signs, printing and unlimited revisions are not included unless agreed.

A minor revision is a small wording or color adjustment within the agreed design. A new concept or a different background is quoted separately.

A few helpful details
Know what to expect.
A phone experience
Guests open the link in Safari or Chrome. A camera is needed for live pictures, and the browser will ask permission. Results and saving options vary by phone and browser.
Backgrounds and props work differently
A full background replaces the view behind people. Scene objects are arranged in the picture and stay on the screen; they do not attach to the room.
Wearables need positioning
Hats, glasses and beards are placed and adjusted by hand where offered. Automatic face-following effects are not included in the current experience.
Save your favorites
Guests save photos to their own devices. There is no shared guest-photo gallery included. Save the pictures you want to keep before the event page’s access window ends.
Your questions, answered.
When do the 14 days start?
We agree on your start and end dates before delivery so the access window fits your celebration. The page is not available indefinitely. Ask about a longer window when requesting your quote.
Can anyone use the QR code?
The QR code opens your event page. Treat it like the page link: anyone you share it with can open the experience. A password-protected event is not included unless separately agreed.
Can I change the names and colors myself?
Tell us the wording and colors you want, and we prepare the design for you. The custom service is not an instant design editor.
Can I use a design that is still in development?
Ask us about it. We will confirm what can be delivered, which props are available and the timing before you approve the quote.
How much does a custom design cost?
Personal celebrations start at $20 for the base package above. Corporate designs start at $100. Choose any extras you need from the price list; we confirm the final quote before work begins.
